Prohibited Activities

You must not use CertForge to:

• Issue false, fraudulent, or knowingly inaccurate certificates or reports.
• Upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other companies' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or security.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without authorisation.

Fair Use

Accounts are intended for genuine business use by contractors and facilities managers. Excessive automated or abusive use of AI features or storage may be subject to fair use limits.

Reporting Misuse

If you become aware of misuse of the platform, please report it via Contact & Support.

Enforcement

Breach of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
