Users may permanently delete their CertForge account by emailing support@cert-forge-app.com. Account ownership will be verified before deletion.
Some compliance documents, certificates, audit records and legally required business records may be retained where required by law or where ownership belongs to the company account rather than the individual user.
Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.
