Our Standard plan provides core certificate, job, and reporting functionality for a monthly subscription fee.
Our Premium plan includes all Standard features plus AI-assisted document drafting and additional company admin tools, billed monthly.
Subscriptions are billed automatically in advance on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method on file.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing & Plan settings. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or service outages, at our discretion — please contact support.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You will be notified of any price changes in advance.
